We spent this rainy afternoon making some warm, tasty pizza pockets! The recipe was very simple and only required a few ingredients… perfect for a mid-day snack or fun party appetizer. The residents all received a rectangle of Pillsbury crescent dough which they used as a base to spread their sauce and then add cheese and pepperoni to. After folding over the corners, we used a fork to seal the edges just like pie crust. With a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and Italian seasonings, those beauties were ready for the oven! The 13 minute cooking time felt like an eternity as the delicious aroma of pizza slowly filled the room and left our mouths watering. Everyone enjoyed their pizzas, and we think you would too… Click here for the recipe!
